Drugs for Weight Loss

Xenical has been shown to reduce the absorption of certain fat-soluble vitamins such as Vitamin A. Supplementing with fat-soluble vitamins (in multivitamin) is recommended if using Xenical. Separate doses of the vitamin and the drug by at least two hours.

Acne

Vitamin A may help enhance and regulate skin cell regeneration for a healthy skin appearance. Note: Pregnant women or women trying to become pregnant should not take more than 5,000 IU of vitamin A (retinol) per day, which may be partially covered by their daily prenatal or multivitamin supplement.
