Dong Quai
Dong Quai is used for gynecological ailments and menopausal symptoms such as hot flashes.
Benefits
  • Helps relieve premenstrual/menstrual symptoms.
  • Promotes normal menstrual function/cycles.
Precautions
  • Dong Quai is not recommended for use with any blood-thinning medications (e.g. anticoagulants, aspirin) due to increased bleeding risk.
  • Dong Quai may have a photosensitizing effect due to coumarins. Stop taking Don Quai if photosensitivity or a skin rash develops.
  • Dong Quai should not be used by pregnant or lactating women, or children.
